Something to think by all the business leaders and entrepreneurial organisations. Culture is the aspect of the business which gives its staff to produce the best services and products that would sell at record levels. Especially a creative friendly business culture.
It’s not just about how others see your business, but also about how the individuals within an organisation understand their role and get hooked to provide the best services they could ever offer.
Creative Friendly Business at MindValley
Today I had the opportunity to listen to a great talk by Vishen Lakhiani the CEO and Co-founder of Mindvalley. In the video he talks about “the segment of society known as Cultural Creatives which is growing every year – and these are the people with the highest motivation and spending power to buy personal growth products.” He further explains “If you are an author, speaker, publisher or coach in the personal growth industry, you need to understand the motivations and mindsets of this group.”
Inspired by Paul Ray’s book ‘Cultural Creatives’, Mindvalley founder Vishen reveals what we’ve been doing to communicate and market effectively to this burgeoning market segment. His presentation gives us some great insights and I have been able to learn so much holistic marketing approaches and my lateral thinking has been increased than ever before. When you listed to Vishen’s ideas you tend to ask the right questions and you will start operate at a level where creativity comes with ease.
There is a hint in this explanation: traditional marketing does not work with Cultural Creatives. In this presentation you’ll learn why its more important, particularly for people in the publishing industry and personal growth, to market to values and not demographics. And if you still think of your customers in terms of gender, age and income bracket – you could be off the market. Instead, think of your customer as someone with a specific set of “values”.
Great advice for the futuristic thinker and businesses where they want to encourage creative minds within their organisation and at personal level.
Hope you all found it inspiring to read about MindValley and I advice you to watch the MindValley Insights for more knowledge and understand how this great organisation does business and has built a $15 million dollars a year publishing business.
If you are starting in your entrepreneurial journey and want to get more skills or be a part of a great business, I would say apply to MindVally and you will be amazed to experience the awesomeness they have shown through their videos on YouTube.
